I had quite a few back and forths to get the perfect print. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and there was no quibble with any of the process. I am very happy with it.
Lovely gift for my husband however was difficult to keep track of parcel instead of the 3-5 working days it took 3 weeks to arrive. However every time I contact the team someone responded . Definitely need a better tracking system

I purchased the sheet music product but was only informed that they could not and would not produce sheet music for my song after I placed my order. In stead I receive the song lyrics. The Product itself was a bit disappointing. Fairly standard quality and would have expected more for the price.
Ordered on January 4th for my anniversary on February 18th. Was sent the design for approval the day I ordered it and just missed the email. Followed up with a week left until the anniversary - they were still able to get it to me on time despite my mistake. Wife loved it.

It was shipped over a week. But only after i emailed 4 times with no response and then had to do a live chat. The envelope it came in was bent and torn.
Itâs as describe I didnât think the product was a bad price a good 2 year wedding anniversary gift but also any type of anniversary or celebration it would make a unique gift
The print was perfect! Customer services (Tiffany?) did an absolutely phenomenal job respecting the specifications I gave. Even though I was a bit difficult with what I wanted.
My friends cried when they received the print, they loved it so much.
