ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation email after ordering which will include a summary of your purchase(s) and of the information you entered at checkout. Please do ensure that you type your email address in correctly otherwise you will not get this confirmation. If you notice that you have incorrectly typed in your email address please email us with the time you placed the order and your name so that we can locate your order.

All our products are sent from our studio in UK and the estimated delivery date is displayed on every product page just above the add to cart button. Customs delays are beyond our control but on average these have included within our estimated delivery dates. If you needed a more precise delivery date, we suggest you contact us/go for our express shipping option.

Returns and Exchanges

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from this website (blimandblum.com).
  • Please email us if you have a problem and we may be able to rectify it
  • Personalised products cannot be returned/refunded unless there is a fault

Ship your item back to Us

Please contact us by email (hello@blimandblum.com) and we will provide you with the return address and information on how to return your product.

Duty/Taxes

Please note that all orders are sent from the United Kingdom and the customer is liable for any duty/taxes. As of March 10, 2016 there are no import duty or taxes due on US shipments from the United Kingdom up to a value of $800. This may change in the future so double check before ordering. 

For deliveries to Canada, the customer is responsible for the duties and taxes. Since April 2020, couriers no longer take payment upon delivery and will hold at local delivery office until payment has been made. They will call for payment or alternatively it is possible to pay this online via the respective courier's website

For deliveries elsewhere in the world, you the customer are liable for customs duties and taxes so please check with your county's customs information on what may be charged. You are welcome to reach out to us (hello@blimandblum.com) should you require any further information.

We normally ship order with either FEDEX/UPS for our shipments within the US, please ensure that the address provided is able to accept courier deliveries.

Shipping Policy

Once your order is shipped you will receive a despatch confirmation email from us. Smaller sized items are sent via Royal Mail with delivery confirmation, tracking page would update once a delivery attempt is made. For larger products we use a courier DPD or DHL Express. These are fully trackable and depending on the delivery area do provide a delivery window on the morning of delivery, please ensure that you provide us with the correct email address and/or phone number as the courier would also provide you updates.

Alternative Address: Should an alternative address be chosen or selected with the delivery courier including a safe place, neighbour, concierge or similar - we shall not be liable for any loss.

Address Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide accurate address information we cannot be held liable for incomplete/incorrect addresses. Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided when placing your order, you will also be provided with a order confirmation including a summary of the address information via email. If you notice any issues with the address, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to update this - if possible.

Returned to Sender/Missed Deliveries: Depending on the courier, a minimum of 2 delivery attempts would typically be carried out or that it may be instead left at your nearest parcel shop. Typically a courier will hold a parcel for maximum of 5-7 days before sending back to us. In these circumstances we may ask you to pay return shipping costs for us to send the product back out to you.

Returns and Exchanges

We make prints that are custom designed by you. We print the exact design that has been created on the site, and as such, due to the customisation, we are unable to refund errors created by the customer. For our photograph products, the quality of your prints highly depends on the quality of the image(s) you provide us.

We cannot guarantee delivery times, our estimates shown on the product pages and your order confirmation are indications on delivery aims provided to us by the courier's we use to ship your order. If there is a late shipment or an issue with your delivery, please let us know as soon as possible.

We do of course offer 100% satisfaction on everything that is in our control. If you are not happy, let us know and we will endeavour to rectify any issue.
