01. What sizes do the panoramic prints come in?
Two long, wide formats: 24″ × 6″ and 40″ × 10″. Both are built for spots standard art can't fill — above a bed, over a sofa, down a hallway, or above a doorway.
02. Where do these long prints actually work?
Anywhere wide and awkward. They're made as horizontal / long wall art — ideal above the bed, above the sofa or fireplace, along a hallway, or over a door or window where nothing else fits.
03. What frame options are there?
Seven ways to finish it: Matt Black, Oak, White, Champagne Gold, Brushed Copper, Black Wood — or print-only if you've got your own frame. Frames are manufactured in Germany and Italy to gallery standard.
04. What paper do you print on?
Thick 310gsm cotton rag — archival, acid-free, 100% cotton fibre. Rated for an 85+ year print life (Fine Art Trade Guild lightfastness, 6+ on the Blue Wool Scale). Fancy words for: it won't fade on you.
05. Is shipping free?
Yes — free US shipping, no minimum spend. Express upgrade available at checkout, and we ship worldwide (international rates shown at checkout).
06. How long until it arrives?
Every print is made to order — run fresh when you buy, never pulled off a shelf. Allow a little production time before dispatch; orders are tracked and packed flat, ready to hang.
07. How do I hang a long print?
Framed prints arrive ready to hang. For the wide formats, two fixings level it best — measure to the centre, not the ends.
08. Can I get a custom size or personalise it?
Often yes — message us via chat or email with what you need and we'll see what's possible.
