You will receive an order confirmation email after ordering which will include a summary of your purchase(s) and of the information you entered at checkout. Please do ensure that you type your email address in correctly otherwise you will not get this confirmation. If you notice that you have incorrectly typed in your email address please email us with the time you placed the order and your name so that we can locate your order.
All our products are sent from our studio in UK and the estimated delivery date is displayed on every product page just above the add to cart button. Customs delays are beyond our control but on average these have included within our estimated delivery dates. If you needed a more precise delivery date, we suggest you contact us/go for our express shipping option.
Returns and Exchanges
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from this website (blimandblum.com).
- Please email us if you have a problem and we may be able to rectify it
- Personalised products cannot be returned/refunded unless there is a fault
Ship your item back to Us
Please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will provide you with the return address and information on how to return your product.
Please note that all orders are sent from the United Kingdom and the customer is liable for any duty/taxes. As of March 10, 2016 there are no import duty or taxes due on US shipments from the United Kingdom up to a value of $800. This may change in the future so double check before ordering.
For deliveries to Canada, the customer is responsible for the duties and taxes. Since April 2020, couriers no longer take payment upon delivery and will hold at local delivery office until payment has been made. They will call for payment or alternatively it is possible to pay this online via the respective courier's website
For deliveries elsewhere in the world, you the customer are liable for customs duties and taxes so please check with your county's customs information on what may be charged. You are welcome to reach out to us (email@example.com) should you require any further information.
Parcel Lockers/PO Boxes
We normally ship order with either FEDEX/UPS for our shipments within the US, please ensure that the address provided is able to accept courier deliveries.
