  • CAN MY ORDER BE SPED UP?
    Unfortunately we cannot speed up your order specifically but generally we process those who choose the express shipping option first and send these out as soon as possible. You can also find the estimated delivery date on each of the product pages, the earlier of the dates is when you would expect express shipping to be delivered. If your order is time specific, please contact customer support hello@blimandblum.com and we will be able to give you some options.

  • HOW LONG DOES A PERSONALISED AN ITEM TAKE TO BE MADE?
    All of our products are made to order and so, a personalised item does not necessarily mean longer processing times. If you choose the 'Proof Required' option, which is located on the product page, this may slow down processing times as we will not send out your order until you confirm/approve the proof.
